What services do you provide?
Check out the "Services" section of the home page for a comprehensive menu of available services. Each service in the menu is available at all Brick Health locations.
How much does it cost?
All of our prices are transparently listed on the home page under "Services".
Either you or the patient.
If you choose to cover the costs, we will add the service fees to your invoice *once the order is filled*. We don't bill you until the patient has been seen at one of our facilities. This means it costs nothing to submit an order if it doesn't get filled. You can pay pending invoices via ACH. We use Stripe for invoicing.
Alternatively, you can indicate that the patient should pay out-of-pocket at the point of service. All of our facilities are equipped to bill credit cards.
What if the order isn't filled?
We don't bill you until the patient walks into one of our facilities. At that time, the facility will perform all ordered services. After the order is filled, it still may take some time for lab results to become available. If there is an issue with the lab and the results never become available, we'll refund you the cost of that lab.

How do I retrieve the results?
We transmit results back to you via API. Alternatively our remote team can manually push these results into your EHR.
Do my patients need appointments?
No, all services will be provided on a walk-in, non-urgent basis. You won't need to find a time your patient is available. Just submit the order and instruct the patient to go to any Brick Health facility. They can see all available locations and their hours of operation at brick.health/mapper.
